Cress Point Rental: My husband and I came here as a seventhy anniversary gift to ourselves. It was a perfect hidaway for us. We enjoyed long walks down the PCH, experiencing the many shops, restaurants and galleries Laguna has to offer. It was great to take walks along the beaches and we loved sitting out by the firepit in the evenings

We hope to be able to visit again next year.

Cress Point, Laguna Point & Laguna Vista: We rented all three units which worked out perfectly for our large group. Cress Point was our favorite with stunning views. The location is an ideal spot in Laguna Beach and Simi was incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Cress Point: We stayed a week in heaven. We come to Laguna Beach often. This was the best trip ever. Love this beach house, the view, the beach. I am a kitchen and bath designer and this house is 1st class all the way. My daughter, her friend and I had a wonderful week, will miss it.

Laguna Point: Me and my family loved this place. Pretty crazy here. We hit the beach every time we got bored and whenever we were at the house, we could chillax and rest up so we could hit the beach again in another hour. The fact the house was so close to the made my time here absolutely sick. Bonfire pits rock the house and what more would anyone want to just sit around the fire singing, playing guitar and chillaxing with friends. Thanks for the great time!

This is without a doubt the best house to stay in while you are on vacation. Everything is walking distance there is a beach just right outside the door and an amazing fireplace for calm nights with the family. I really enjoyed  my stay here and I plan to come back next year with the same expectations, This is a lovely place that many people would die for! Many Thanks!

This is a well equipped residence and is much more enjoyable than a hotel room for the obvious reasons: privacy, beautiful view, entertainment capabilities and easy access to our favorite foods. I’m looking forward to our week long stay!

Laguna Vista: My family and I had a wonderful time at the rental. The house was beautiful, functional and very convenient.  The beachfront is within steps. My boy spent countless hours on the beach playing and exploring. Lots of fun places to eat and entertain close by.  We’ll be back soon. Big Thanks to Simi! She is the best.

Laguna Point Vacation Rental: My husband and I belong to a luxury  home club that we love going to when we can, but unfortunately they do not have any homes in Southern California…..it was such a delight to find the same caliber of home at a way more affordable price with all the luxury that our club homes have.

We have been to Laguna quite a few times over the past few years, but this was by far the best place that we have stayed! My husband and I stayed at your Villa for our first official getaway(sans the rugrats) and it was unbelievable! The property is just beautiful…….and the location is perfect, right on the ocean, very short walk to downtown, we will definitely stay there again!

We stayed 10 days at your rental in February 2010 and had a great time!  Tastefully decorated, lovely place! Best location in core Laguna Beach and views of ocean, surfers and sunset. Mild Ocean Breeze welcomes every morning, you will never want to leave!

I stayed more than a month in the  Rental, had a great time. Actually, I would like to move from Rome, Italy and live in this rental all my life or at least 6 months out of a year. The sound of the ocean waves 24 hours a day is very exciting, and the sunset @ 5pm everyday is a fantastic experience.

My brother and I spent a wonderful New Year week at the Laguna Point Rental. The place was so immaculate, peaceful and so near the beach, we could enjoy the surf crashing into the sand day and night. Would definitely do it again.

My husband and I love Laguna and visit as much as we can. We have stayed at a ton of places but Cress Point was by far the best spot. Not only was this the best deal in Laguna, the location was absolutely perfect. The amenities were wonderful. We will be returning – for sure!

The Ocean Front Rental is really a great location and the stay was wonderful, we will come back.

We enjoyed a relaxing long October weekend in Laguna. We purchased it at a silent auction at a charity event and all thoroughly enjoyed the location and the people.

This is the vacation place of a life time. Cress Point has all the comforts of a home, with ultimate luxury and attention to detail. I could hardly believe that we could hear the surf without opening the windows. The location is convenient to everything. We parked the car and walked everywhere. You will never have a more enjoyable stay.

Our Family is relocating to California and we needed a nice place to stay while we looked for real estate.  My daughters had a lot of fun at the beaches and shopping while my wife and I searched for homes in the area. We had a wonderful time and our accommodations were great.  Thanks for everything.

We recently stayed in the rental. Great place for a couple. Beautiful condo in a great location – on the beach! We will be back as soon as we can!

We recently stayed in Villa Ocean front and it was wonderful, The unit is perfectly furnished and was perfect for our vacation. The ocean views were fantastic and hearing the waves day and night was so relaxing and lulled  me to sleep at night. Simi and the ladies in the office were so nice and very accommodating and really helped make our stay great.  I would definitely return to the rental again

We were very impressed with the standard of accommodation. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and all fittings and appliances were upgraded not usually found in rental units. This unit was very acceptable and the owners obviously didn’t spare any expense in providing quality above and beyond the usual “run-of-the-mill” rental. We will certainly re-rent this unit in the future.
